Debate huh lets see

well hmmm what can we debate i think we should debater the worlds economy and price's going up

worlds econemy huu? i think the U.S. is slowly sliping into a depression btu no one in the GOV. wants to adit it..... all around places are closeing or going under new ownership..... i dont know about other places..... but its happening all around me .

Inflation is killing the people and making the rich richer. The corporate giants are the ones that control the world, so it seems. They're also digging a grave for the country they're in.

Case in point: Gas companies. They aren't doing anything different in their gas gathering. The rising cost is due to less supply and more demand. They're milking it for all it's worth. End result, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The difference is that in this day and age, it's getting ridiculous. We really ARE slipping into another depression. Look at the stock market. It's horrible. 5 of my 7 companies are nearly worthless to me now from all this nonsense.

EDIT: I forgot the solution. The states need to regulate gas prices as a single unit, but individually. As in, all states need to have set limits on pricing and they all need to be the same limit. No more rising or falling. That would end most of it.

well, I tell you one thing... The Philippine economy has been really bad this decade. It's all the corruption in the government. And I also blame piracy. It so rampant here in the philippines. The people don't seem to notice how it totally kills off our industries - the music, film, textile and shoe industries specifically.

Which reminds me, there was this rally that passed by our school the other day and they said "Down with Gloria (our current president) and USA" and they added something about those two being the real terrorists. It made me laugh! stupid!

._. it's depressing talking about the U.S. economic crisis...I'd much rather stay out of it... o.o and getting into this kind of debates just really gets me angry <---haha I think that is cute~ ._.

yes yes i find this true but i also think that the U.S. also needs to get away from gas and go into alternative fuel........... right now the GOV is being stupid and not letting us advancein that feild saying stupid things and makeing excuses ........ there bascaly not leting us do it because you are right..... there milking it for all its worth.... but still we need to find some alrernative fuel or tap into the ones we already have

Don't blame me for that one one of the stocks I put the most money into, I own like 300 shares or something, is a hydrogen fuel cell company called Millennium Cell. They had a working prototype, then were VERY close to market, and ran out of money. Public awareness is apparently not what it should be for things like this. It's quite interesting. The negative posts make you think, but the point is that he did it on hydrogen, not on water. The water was the initial and final product, yes, but HHO was what was being burned, as in Hydrogen x2 and Oxygen individually. Little do the negative posters know, Hydrogen is the most abundant gas on earth.
